Microsoft is bringing Android apps to Windows 11, accessible through the Microsoft Store and the Amazon App store. They run in their own windows alongside other applications on your computer, and the Amazon app store integration is for the discoverability of Android apps. Android apps run in their own container and can be resized, snapped, and are treated as if they were native Windows programs that are running on your computer.
The Microsoft Store is getting a new lick of paint, and apps can be downloaded and run straight from it.
